If you wish to draw comics, you should choose a designated app or software that comes with features for creating comics and manga.

  • Photoshop CC (Windows/macOS)
  • Clip Studio Paint (Windows/macOS/iPad/iPhone/Android)
  • Paint Tool SAI (Windows)
  • Procreate (iPad)
  • Corel Painter 2020 (Windows/macOS)
  • Adobe Fresco (iPad/Windows)

If you are using a mobile phone then Autodesk SketchBook & Infinite Design will be the best (N.B- Must use a stylus pen for better feedback) [My personal feedback is using Autodesk Sketchbook]
else you are using a PC then Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Sketchbook Pro, Coreldraw ..
I always use adobe illustrator personally.
