6. Stick with ‘I’ statements.
7. Don’t hold a grudge.
8. Use humor to release tension.

If you get angry then sit down, still angry lay down, still angry then sleep.It will help you. I can suggest you one more thing,when you get angry go to the washroom and do Oju. Oju refreshes our minds, i always get help by doing this things.Thank you.But save your anger for the bad people btw.❤
